Bruce Mitchell
Owner
Bruce has over 16 years experience in the roofing industry. After working for others and being frustrated with a lack of integrity in many companies, Bruce partnered with Jacob and then Josh to establish their own company. Bruce and his wife Cathy have been married for over 30 years and have 5 children. Bruce prides himself on being an honest man who seeks to glorify God in all he does.
Jacob Mattingly
Owner
Jacob has been in roofing and construction for the past 15 years. Jacob’s hands-on experience in construction has equipped him well to serve homeowners in the roofing industry. Jacob and his wife Elysse are both Louisville natives and have 4 children.
Joshua Sheeks
Owner
Josh joined Citadel in 2025 and brings with him over 26 years in the roofing and construction industry. Josh has been named Top Installer for multiple manufacturers of residential and commercial roofing. Josh is excited to join the Citadel family and looks forward to assisting his customers with their roofing needs.
Jon Muscutt
Roofing Specialist
Jon brings five years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in flooring, commercial building maintenance, and real estate. A resident of the Louisville area, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Jon has been married to his wife, Whitney, for 14 years, and they are proud parents of two sons. Committed to his community, Jon actively participates as a youth sports coach and serves as the athletic director within the Catholic community. Additionally, he holds the position of city commissioner for Barbourmeade, further demonstrating his dedication to public service and community support.
Aaron Avera

Aaron, a native of Kentucky, offers 26 years of extensive experience in carpentry, remodeling, and, more recently, roofing. His background includes consulting on both large-scale and residential projects, as well as running his own business in California. Additionally, Aaron has dedicated time to serving as a missionary, which has deepened his commitment to assisting homeowners. He is particularly passionate about providing innovative solutions to the challenges they face.

Zorica is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in design and construction beginning her career in her family business in New York. Over the past 15 years, she has made Kentucky her home, where she has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-lasting customer relationships across the Tri-State area. Zorica’s expertise and dedication to quality have positioned her as a trusted leader in the industry, known for her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
